Born from the problem.
ius. didn't start as a plan to build software for other companies. It started as a way to hold a growing practice together.
As the business grew, so did everything it had to keep track of: client onboarding and compliance, supplier approvals, employee records, board governance, reporting on every matter. The first version was built to solve that directly — not as a product pitch, but as infrastructure the business needed to run well.
What kept it growing wasn't a fixed roadmap. Real needs surfaced one after another — a workflow that needed automating, a governance process that needed a proper system, clients asking for clearer reporting. Each one became a module. Together, they became a platform. It still runs IusPrudentia Specialist Counsel's day-to-day operations today, and it still grows the same way: shaped around the compliance and governance problems a business actually has.
Co-founded by Reitumetse Benedict Phiri and Thabiso Mohatlane — built by people who've lived compliance from the inside, at multinational scale.
