For operations leaders

ius.ops

Every client, project and supplier — governed as the work happens.

Clients, projects and suppliers, run with procedural precision — from the first brief to the final invoice, every step tracked and governed.

This suite answers

  • Is every client’s KYC complete before we act for them?
  • Which supplier certificates are about to lapse?
  • Which projects are drifting into risk?

Covers

KYC/AML · Supplier compliance · Verified, ethical sourcing

Modules

ius.clients

KYC/AML and client onboarding.

A compliance-first client lifecycle — onboarding, KYC/AML verification, engagement, documents and invoicing — shared securely between your business and its clients.

  • KYC/AML onboarding. Through nCino (formerly DocFox). Forms are generated from the provider’s templates, so they follow changing requirements without code changes.
  • Company verification. Company registry data (CIPC in South Africa), registered directors, risk questions and KYC risk ratings.
  • Director confirmation. Directors confirm compliance items from an email link — no account needed.
  • Portal gating. Clients can be blocked from the platform until their KYC is complete.
  • Invoicing. Confirmed time entries become client invoices, exported on your letterhead.

ius.projects

Procedure, correspondence and billing records.

One place to see and control every matter and project — correspondence, time, money and risk.

  • Caseload ageing. Flags work drifting into risk.
  • Correspondence on record. Email replies thread back to the matter automatically.
  • Time capture and billing. Organisation-wide billing analytics, feeding invoices in ius.clients.
  • Billing assistant. AI that explains figures the system has already calculated — it never invents them.
  • Court Rules. For legal teams: court procedure turned into diarised tasks (Rule 6 of South Africa’s Uniform Rules today).

ius.procurement

Supplier compliance, approvals and audit trail.

One auditable workspace for suppliers and invoices — from onboarding a supplier to approving and paying their invoice.

  • Live compliance impact. Every paid invoice updates the live scorecard in ius.empowered.
  • Approval chain. Required rejection reasons, approver reassignment and bulk actions.
  • Supplier compliance. Expiring compliance certificates and missing agreements are flagged before they become problems.
  • Supplier portal. Suppliers submit their own invoices, with multi-currency support.
  • Audit trail. Every change is logged with who made it and when.
